Return policy

Generally speaking, all sales are final. However, exceptions may be made if you receive damaged, incorrect, or otherwise mishandled merchandise. All packages are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage made by the postal service.

Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email kayla@kdantz.com with the subject RETURN followed by your order number and an explanation of your issue.
